Seekin for my adopted brother

sorry, that I write this in English but I think my message will be better understood this way.

I'm a 50 year old Finnish woman seeking for my brother who was adopted in late 1960s to Sweden. Today is his birthday. So he was born on 15th of November 1966 in Stockholm. I know that his name is Per Anders, but I don't know anything else about him.
