All humans are equally worth save for one group, or so it seems. These people are those considered outcasts of society. Metaphorically speaking, they are known as "Wraiths" (vålnader), outcasts of society. They are considered worthless, destained and shunned by conventional society; Because They Are considered Worthless.
They were once people like you. These, however, now wander the streets as shadows of what they once were. They were once men and women that had a life, families, loved ones. They loved, cared and did much good once, but at some point fell into disgrace (onåd) But regardless of their repentance, they have been forced into becoming outcasts and shunned by society for all time.
One might just spot one from time to time if they are lucky. They are people of the dark. They dress only in black. They wander the streets in silence with a heavy countenance (ansiktsuttryck).
They are kind though, understanding, and most compassionate. They understand. They know your pain. They have been to the other side. They have seen "It" Do not fear them for they are your friends believe it or not.
They give to the poor, the beggars on the trains and on the streets because they are worth it. They are people just like you -special.
Do not fear them though for they mean no harm to no one. They have suffered great losses, and continue to do so every waking day of their lives.
They may seem serious and strange looking, but know that they are not evil. They mean well. And it can happen that they even smile from time to time. They like to help. They do not care about themselves, but for humanity.
They sacrifice their being, their identity so that all may live in peace.
Do not be afraid to approach them to ask who they are. If you do, they may likely respond with, "I am nothing".
Do not be afraid of the dark, for it can be more of a friend than most would believe.
Avoid taunting them for they already are so in more ways than one.
