Hej!
Ar det nagon som vet hur man oversatter gas marks till grader celsius?
Jag lagar mat med en gasugn, med en svenskt recept. Vill ha 175 grader, men vet inte riktigt vad det blir pa min ugn.

Celcius to Fahrenheit to Gas Mark110°C -- 225°F -- Gas Mark ¼ 120°C -- 250°F -- Gas Mark ½ 140°C -- 275°F -- Gas Mark 1 150°C -- 300°F -- Gas Mark 2 160°C -- 325°F -- Gas Mark 3 180°C -- 350°F -- Gas Mark 4 190°C -- 375°F -- Gas Mark 5 200°C -- 400°F -- Gas Mark 6 220°C -- 425°F -- Gas Mark 7 230°C -- 450°F -- Gas Mark 8250°C -- 475°F -- Gas Mark 9Note that this should only be used as a guide and that you should always check with the manual for your cooker for an accurate measure.Those with fan-forced ovens should decrease the temperature by 10-20°C but once again, check the manual.
