Hägernäs - as an area

Hej lovely people!
First of all, excuse me for using English (I hope it's allowed here )

We are looking to buy an apartment in Täby and since this is going to be our first apartment, we don't intend to buy a really expensive one. Given the fact that we really want it in Täby, leaves us with few options: Hägernäs, Gribbylund, Viggbyholm (and ?). I have read few of the reviews about these areas dated back to 2007-2010 and they are kind of mix - inclined more towards negative. I would like to know if, firstly, the situation is still the same and secondly why on earth were they considered as 'bad' areas in Täby?

I have lived in my appartement in Hägernäs since 1992. I think it's great here and i feel safe to go to the store even in the evening. I grew upp in an area just between viggbyholm and Gribbylund. The only place with bad reputations are "Gribbylund centrum" and "Flygkårsvägen"

Yes that's exactly what I read in other (older) reviews. BTW whay exactly do they mean by 'bad' reputation? Higher criminal rate or an area populated by spoiled teens?

Practically, there is only 8 mins walk between Hägernäsvägen and Flygkårsvägen, so I wonder if this 'bad' reputation has had some effect over there as well?
