Pcos letrozole and metformin

Hey everyone I'm new here I was looking for some suggestions or maybe some hope . I have pcos and my doctor started me on metformin and letrozole last month according to the doctor conditions became normal and I ovulated and we were hoping for good news but my periods started today even when ovulating it didn't happen what should I do now take a sperm count test of my partner or something else??
