Help us understand more about vegetable consumption in Sweden!

    Hello families!

We are a group of students from Lund University conducting a research project with our clients, an international business consulting agency and a local Skåne family owned business specializing in ready-to-eat products such as salads and salad ingredients.

By answering a few questions we are hoping you can give us some insight into vegetable consumption in Sweden and especially in busy households.

With your permission we will share your answers with third parties (our clients and Lund University) as part of our research report.

Please feel free to answer in Swedish and/or English. We are happy if you can answer as many questions as possible as well as generate discussion and contribute anecdotes.

-Do you buy ready-to-eat salads and/or pre washed salad ingredients (t.ex. ruccola, baby spinach, mache in bags)? If yes/no why?

-How do you feel about pre-washed and/or pre-cut vegetables?

-Do you buy ingredients/vegetables that are easy or convenient to prepare?

-Do you buy ingredients/vegetables that take longer to prepare?

-How important is time efficiency for you when you prepare meals?

-How important is price when you buy vegetables/salad ingredients?

-What are your favourite vegetables? Least favourite? Why?

-Would you eat your least favourite vegetables if they were prepared in a specific way or incorporated into the meal?

-Do you follow food bloggers for meal inspiration? If yes, who?

-Do you cook meals you see on social media?

    Thank you!
