Nonstick cooking spray
2 tb Sesame oil
1/2 lb Chicken breast, sliced
4 Scallions, sliced
12 oz Spicy Sesame Linguine
MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
1/2 c Chicken broth
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sherry
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Cornstarch
1/2 tb Chili sauce
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Hoisin sauce
1 tb Minced ginger
1/2 ts Salt
Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add oil & heat. Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color.
Add scallions. Add sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir until blended.

Sloatsburg NY, just over the NJ border on Route 17. This place is
nifty. I bought a few unusual items there, the first of which I used
tonight - Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine Noodles. The recipe I used
came from the back of the package, with a few modifications for
ingredients I couldn't find. We liked it, and I presume it would also
be good with regular linguine." - Lisa
