Att nån kan få ut något sexuelt av det är för mig en gåta - såhär säger nämligen Wikipedia (och källhänvisningslänkar finns det gott om men jag länkar dem inte här, varje siffra i texten nedan visar att det finns en länk iaf.)

torture in which water is poured over the face of an immobilized captive, thus causing the individual to experience the sensation of drowning. W
aterboarding can cause extreme pain, dry drowning, damage to lungs, brain damage from oxygen deprivation, other physical injuries including broken bones due to struggling against restraints, lasting psychological damage and death.[1]
