Logoped??Help??

It's true, a real flaw in the system. But yes, you can ask to be reffered to logopedmottagningen either via BVC or by yourself, a so called Egen vårdbegäran via 1177.

But there is a lot you can do by yourselves in the meantime! In Västerås parents are offered an online course called Kom igång online that you could do. Ask BVC to get you enrolled. 

We also recommend a website called Tidig intervention (by Uppsala habilitering), with lots of good information, film clips and play material for parents. 

But I think the best site is one called "Help is in your hands". It's a free online course in english in 4 modules. Start with module 1 and 2 and you will have lots of tips on what you can do in your everyday life! :)
