Trumps exekutiva order 14151 är ju tvärtom så omfattande att den förbjuder varje aktivitet som tidigare var omfattat av DEI program, och detta under vilket som helst namn, dvs. också saker som inte har med anställningar att göra.
Det vore också lite onödigt att komma med en exekutiv order, om denna bara slår fast att något som var olagligt enligt annan federal lagstiftning också är olagligt enligt presidentens exekutiva order.
