I red your recipe and it sounds great. If you like mexican food, I have a recipe of an easy salad. You can also prepare it a day before.
You put the ingredients layer by layer in a bowl
1 Icebergsalad cuted in stripes
2 Tomatos cuted in cubes
1 tine of kidney beans
1 tine of corn/maize
500 g minced meat of beef fried
1 bottle of salsa-sauce
2-3 crème fraiche
rubbed cheese an for deco some tortilla-chips
You don't mix it, it get mixed itself by taking it out to eat.
