Fått mail från Babytrader nu om hur de ska hantera de felaktiga chassina i framtiden. Jättekul att nu när man själv köpt vagn så ska man behöva krångla med att skicka tillbaka chassit Har redan väntat över två veckor för att få nått svar efter att jag meddelat att mitt är felaktigt. Fem veckor kvar nu till BF och skulle inte förvåna mig ett dugg om jag inte kommer ha nån fungerande vagn när barnet kommer....åååhhh! Besviken big time nu kan jag säga *suck*Dear customer,Unfortunately, we have to collect the frames and check the default. According to the findings off bugaboo international bv, the pushbar must stay in position under the maximum pressure of 25 kg. or less ! This way the pressure can be seen as equal tonormal usage.The way to test is as described below:1. Take all detachable parts off from the undercarriage ( incl. wheels )2. Place the undercarriage vertically, pushbar down, on to a scale.3. Make sure the pushbar is drawn out, and the clips are ?fastened?!4. Push the frame down on the scale, and carefully read the pressure .5. If the pushbar slides in with lower pressure than 25 kg.( ! ), you have the right for exchanging the frame !We hope that you can understand the difficulties on our side as we understand yours...If your pushbar slides in with lower pressure than 25 kg. , please mail us ASAP, so we can order new frame.However, if we check the pressure and it needs more than 25 kg. to slide the pushbar, we can only return the frame without exchanging it!
