Jag mår bra men är orolig för mina hcg värden. Jag är inte så rutinerad och visste inte att man kanske ska kolla hcg lite längre tid för att verkligen se att allt är bra. Ja, ja det är bara att bryta ihop och göra ett nytt försök om mina hcg värden inte dubblerar bra i veckan. Hjälp! Gulp!
En tjej, Jag har läst mig till att om du tex har 5 embryon att sätta in kan du låta alla utvecklas till blastocysts och sätta in dom som är topp graderade enligt labbet. Då har de större chans. Men det behöver inte innebära att en 3 dagars inte är lika bra man har bara lite mer koll på vilka som är toppembryon. Det behöver i och för sig inte lyckats i alla fall. Men enligt många undersökningar så har de ungefär 50procents större chans. Allt kan hända många blir gravida med embryon som inte alls är toppembryon så det finns väl ingen sanning. Bara gud vet!
Replacing the Embryos Från North Hudson IVF
Using a thin plastic tube inserted through the cervix, the embryos may be returned to the uterus at the 8-cell stage (day three of development). However, at North Hudson I.V.F., we want our in vitro fertilization patients in Bergen County and Northern New Jersey to have the best chances of successful implantation and pregnancy. Therefore, we prefer to continue incubation of the embryos for two to three more days, at which point the embryos reach blastocyst stage on day five or six of development (see Figure 3 below).
Embryos must develop to the blastocyst stage in order to attach to the endometrium. Transferring embryos at the blastocyst stage ensures that the embryos have acquired the developmental capacity for attachment and implantation. That is why, at North Hudson I.V.F. Center, serving Northern New Jersey and the New York City metro area, all embryos are grown to the blastocyst stage prior to transfer. Embryos that are not transferred to the uterus may be cryopreserved (frozen) for later use.
Blastocyst stage embryos also survive the freeze-thaw process better than 8-cell stage embryos.

Jo, jag vet att av de som lyckas bli blastocyster så är det större chans än med två dagars. Men som "snart lycklig" läkaren sa så kanske det bara blir 1-2 blastocyster av 10 embryon... I värsta fall ingen. Räknar man 2 blastocyster med lite högre chans eller kanske 7 (några brukar ju dö vid upptningen) embryon med lite lägre chans så...Sen är det ju så att om de överlever till att bli blastocyster så hade de nog överlevt i livmodern också, enligt Cv. Som sagt enligt Cvl så är det bättre miljö i livmodern än i odling. Enligt dom kan vissa dö i odling som överlevt i livmodern. Som jag förstått det så är det att odla till blastocyster mest till för dom som får många embryon vid varje försök och de inte vet vilken de ska välja att sätta in...
